One-on-One Strength Training
During a typical Anchor Strength workout, we’ll guide you through a full-body strength training program in 30 minutes. You will be the only client working out on the gym floor, ensuring an optimal and personalized training experience. We’ll use medical-grade MedX weight machines, which are the gold standard for strength training and rehabilitation.
Your trainer will supervise your slow-motion strength training workout, pushing you to your limits and ensuring you are using proper form during each repetition.
You will move slowly through complete ranges of motion, eliminating momentum and forcing your muscles to do all the work. By using slow-motion strength training, you’ll be maximizing the benefits of strength training in the safest and most efficient way possible.
