One-on-One Strength Training
You'll get a complete 30-minute strength training session with personal one-on-one attention. As the only client in the gym during your session, you'll receive fully personalized training.
We use top-quality MedX weight machines - the same medical-grade equipment used in rehabilitation centers. Your trainer will guide you through slow, controlled movements that work your muscles through their full range of motion.
This slow-motion approach eliminates momentum, making your muscles do all the work. It's the safest and most effective way to build strength, and your trainer will be right there to ensure proper form and help you reach your potential.

Initial sessions: in initial sessions we will explore your health and wellness history, your wellness vision and goals, clarify your motivations, and develop an action plan for realizing your vision.
Follow-up sessions: follow up sessions will support your motivation and forward momentum by providing accountability, checking in on progress, celebrating small wins and troubleshooting challenges.
All sessions are 50 minutes and conducted via Zoom or phone (depending on your preference).
